katie’s ability to break down training into small achieveable steps makes training dogs accessible to everyone

Katie completed her degree in Animal Behaviour and Training in 2018 and also holds a foundation degree in animal management.

She started her career with dogs as a dog walker and has a successful dog walking business (Perfect Recall). Over the years she has built up her skills and knowledge to become an awesome dog trainer.

She has an amazing presence with dogs due to her calm nature and always puts the dogs first. One of Katie's best qualities is her ability to problem solve. She thinks everything through and looks at things from every angle to come to the best solution and most importantly makes it achievable for her clients.

Katie practices what she preaches and puts everything into practice with her own dogs like a true dog trainer. You may have seen her collie Darcy performing on my facebook page.

Katie also understands how stressful it can owning a dog with behaviour problems as Darcy hasn’t been straight forward and has challenged Katie’s skills but has also helped develop them! This is what has driven her to have the end goal of becoming a behaviourist so she can help more owners and dogs live easier and happier lives.

Katie will be teaching puppy classes, obedience classes as well as other workshops for you and your dog's.
